11.1 Setting Automatic Actions for an Event Occurrence

Using the event monitoring function, when an event such as outputting messages to notify a system error occurs, actions such as sending a Short Mail to the system administrator and starting applications to handle events can be carried out automatically. Actions to be automatically executed can be changed depending on weekdays or holidays, or time zone.

The following describes setting procedure to automatically execute actions at event occurrences.

The grayed out items in the dialog box can be specified only when the Systemwalker Centric Manager has been installed.
