1.4.5 Tasks after Installation

Perform the following tasks after installation.

Continuous Execution mode for network jobs

If you have reinstalled Systemwalker Operation Manager in an environment where you have enabled the Continuous Execution mode by the "jmmode" command, reissue the "jmmode" command to enable the Continuous Execution mode.

1.4.5.1 Tasks when Installing on the Same Server with Systemwalker Runbook Automation

This section explains the tasks that must be performed when this software is installed on a server where Systemwalker Runbook Automation has been installed.

A Systemwalker Runbook Automation update program is required in order to run Systemwalker Runbook Automation and Systemwalker Operation Manager on the same server. The following is the required patch.

The following explains the tasks required after the patch is applied.

Prerequisites

• Systemwalker Runbook Automation management server has been set up.

• Systemwalker Operation Manager V13.8.0 server has been installed.

• Systemwalker Runbook Automation patches including the path for the error report number PH04574 have been applied.

Procedure

1. Stop Systemwalker Runbook Automation.

   /opt/FJSVswrbam/bin/swrba_stop

2. Execute the following command:

   /opt/FJSVswrbam/bin/swrba_omgr_activate

3. Restart Systemwalker Runbook Automation.

   /opt/FJSVswrbam/bin/swrba_start

Information

When removing the applied patch

To revert to the state before the patch was applied, use the following procedure before removing the applied patch.

1. Stop Systemwalker Runbook Automation.

   /opt/FJSVswrbam/bin/swrba_stop

2. Execute the following command:

   /opt/FJSVisjee/bin/asadmin set --file /opt/FJSVswrbam/etc/share/schedule/ swrba_omgr_activate_pre.config

3. Restart Systemwalker Runbook Automation.

   /opt/FJSVswrbam/bin/swrba_start
