This section describes the procedure for changing the schedule mode when Systemwalker Operation Manager is running on a cluster system.
When changing the mode between Daily schedule management and Daily schedule management (Test mode)
Change the schedule mode by using the following procedure:
Refer to the Systemwalker Operation Manager User's Guide - Master Schedule Management to change the schedule mode for the Master Schedule Management function.
Note
When setting up an environment for the Master Schedule Management function (where Systemwalker Operation Manager is operating as a cluster system), specify either the logical IP address for the cluster system or the host name corresponding to this logical IP address in the Master Schedule Management [Login] window.
When reflecting the Master Schedule Management environment settings, do not restart the JobScheduler daemon from the Master Schedule Management Environment Setup dialog box.
Restart the Systemwalker Operation Manager daemons in order to reflect the settings. Refer to Section "3.2 Starting and Stopping Daemons in Cluster Systems" for details on how to restart the Systemwalker Operation Manager daemons.
When changing the mode from Normal schedule to Daily schedule management, or Daily schedule management (Test mode)
Change the schedule mode by using the following procedure:
Release Systemwalker Operation Manager from its application to the cluster system as described in "2.12 Uninstalling Systemwalker Operation Manager from a Cluster System".
Reapply Systemwalker Operation Manager to the cluster system. (Perform the procedure starting from "2.2.3 Canceling the settings for starting and stopping daemons automatically)."
