Cautions
Terminal Server (Systemwalker Operation Manager V13.2.0 or earlier)
In Windows NT(R) Terminal Server, or Windows(R) 2000 Server or later, when the remote desktop (Terminal Services) is used, switch the system mode to INSTALL mode, and then collect the data. Refer to "Tasks Prior to Installation" in the Installation Guide for information on how to switch to INSTALL mode.
However, if the Terminal Server mode is remote administration mode, there is no need to change the system mode.
Cluster systems
In cluster system operations, collect the data both on the operation node and on the standby node. Additionally, a shared disk must be mounted before collecting the data.
