Action

Points to check

Is there an application accessing the files under \mpaosfsv in the Systemwalker installation directory?

Cause

This problem occurs because the file accessed by Event Monitoring to record how many event entries have been loaded from the event log is being used by another application.

For example, this may occur if the Systemwalker installation directory is included as a target of virus check.

Action method

There is no need to take action unless it occurs frequently.

If this message is output frequently, stop the Event Monitoring function service (Systemwalker MpAosfB), delete from \mpaosfsv\base\temp under the Systemwalker installation directory all files starting with "evtstart", and then restart the service.

Additionally, check the access rights to the files and directories to determine if an error has occurred in the disk. Set access rights for the files and directories so that they can be updated.
