Was a server on which only Systemwalker Operation Manager is installed connected to a server on which Systemwalker Operation Manager and Systemwalker Centric Manager coexist?
Cause
In the mixed environment for Systemwalker Ioeration Manager and Syetmwalker Centric Manager (as well as Syetemwalker Event Agent for auto function), it will be run as Systemwalker Centric Maneger. For this reason, if the connection destination is a mixed environment, the Systemwalker Centric Manager client is required, and not the Systemwalker Operation Manager client.
Action method
Install Systemwalker Centric Manager on the connection source server.
