Pop-up messages are notified to the defined recipients in sequence, one at a time. If many recipients are defined, the notification will be delayed for those at the end of the list.

If multiple notification destinations were specified, is it possible to communicate with all of them?
Action method
Ensure that it is possible to communicate with all notification destinations. Alternatively, remove from the action definition the notification destinations that we cannot communicate with.
Information
If multiple pop-up message notification destinations were specified, they are notified in the sequence specified. If communication with a notification destination is not possible, the communication will take a while to time out, therefore the display of the pop-up message in the next notification destination may be delayed.
