Points to check
Is the Job Execution Control spool directory capacity on the execution server depleted?
Note that the Job Execution Control spool directory is as follows:
[Windows]
<Systemwalker Operation Manager installation directory>\MPWALKER.JM\mpmjessv\mjespool
[UNIX]
/var/spool/mjes
Cause
If Transmission of execution command is selected in the Standard information tab of the Add/Change - Job window, or the qsub command -jft option is specified, the command defined in the Command field is transmitted to the execution server.
If the Job Execution Control spool directory on the execution server is depleted, the command transmission may fail.

Has the antivirus software or backup software accessed the Job Execution Control spool directory?
Note that the Job Execution Control spool directory is as follows:
[Windows]
<Systemwalker Operation Manager installation directory>\MPWALKER.JM\mpmjessv\mjespool
[UNIX]

Cause
This problem may occur if the antivirus software or backup software has accessed the Job Execution Control spool directory, because the Job Execution Control service/Job Execution Control daemon will not be able to access files or directories.
Action method
Configure the settings so that the antivirus software or backup software does not access the Job Execution Control spool directory while the Job Execution Control service/Job Execution Control daemon is running.

There are no write permissions to the parent directory of the file specified in the send destination file name of the JCL SEND command.
The parent directory name of the file specified in the send destination file name of the JCL SEND command is invalid.
Action method
If the transmission destination directory does not exist, create the directory. If the required write permissions have not been granted, then grant them.
