Cause
If the processing to start the process that manages the job fails in Systemwalker Operation Manager, the job ends abnormally with completion code 0x40000999. At this time, the "MJSINI.EXE application error" dialog box is displayed in the desktop, and the process that manages the job ends with exception code 0xC0000142. 0xC0000142 means "Failed to initialize the DLL required to execute the application".
The cause of the failure to initialize the DLL required to execute the application may be that the desktop heap (an area managed by Windows) was depleted.
