Check if all the following conditions apply:
The operating system of the machine on which the client function was installed is one of the following:
Windows(R) 95
Windows(R) 98 (including Second Edition.)
Windows NT(R)
Windows(R) Me
The rich text control (richtxt32.ocx) version is 5.xx or 6.xx
In one of the following windows, select the output content from the rich text control, and then drag and drop it to any location:
Job Net History window
Job History window
Job Output Info window (V5.2, V5.0L30 only)
Cause
The operating system file "richtx32.ocx" was replaced with a module in which there is a problem.
Action method
Reinstall the Systemwalker Operation Manager client. Normally, the operating system file "richtx32.ocx" will be replaced with a new file.
