Cause
An application is consuming large numbers of the following system kernel parameter:
msgsys:msginfo_msgmni
Action method
Extend the "msginfo_msgmni" value. Add the following values to the current value:
4 x number of subsystems used (This is for EE versions. In SE versions, the number of subsystems used is 1)
