Cause
Even if job nets with the following execution conditions set are in a disabled state, the startup delay exit starts up at the scheduled start time.
The Start only when message event has occurred check box is selected in the Standard information tab in the Job Net Properties window.
The Once in a day check box is selected in the Standard information tab in the Job Net Properties window.

Action method
If you do not want to start the startup delay exit for the job net with the above execution conditions, in the Startup Days window, set the applicable job net as an unscheduled day.
