Cause
Because of the cause described in "4.12.2 The Message "Failure in allocating information storage area." is Output", the depleted memory status continues for a while, so an error may easily occur, for example the system resource or DLL cannot be loaded.
Action method
Wait for a while. If the released memory can be used, the above error message will not occur.
