Is the Jobscheduler initialization processing complete?
Cause
The Jobscheduler command can only be received after the Jobscheduler server function initialization is complete. This error message is output when the command is executed while the server initialization is processing.
Action method
Reexecute the command after the initialization processing is complete.
In Job Net Properties, if Start at the time of server startup is set, and a Jobscheduler command (such as jobschcontrol) is registered as the job in that job net, the Jobscheduler server initialization will be processing, therefore this error may occur. In this case, take the sleep action for a few seconds until the start of the Jobscheduler server is complete.

Jobscheduler records the message shown below in the syslog/event log at the point when the initialization processing for the server startup is complete. By checking the message that was recorded to the syslog/event log, the completion of the initialization processing can be checked.

It is necessary to configure the settings so that user.info information is recorded in /etc/syslog.conf.
