Action
Points to check
At the time specified in Execute at in Job Net Properties, are job nets in a state where they cannot start because the Systemwalker Operation Manager server is stopped, and was Startup on power-on if power is off during scheduled execution selected?
Action method
No action is required.
Description
In Job Net Properties, if only one Execute at condition is specified, Startup on power-on if power is off during scheduled execution can be selected.
The job net behavior when the job net cannot be started because the Systemwalker Operation Manager server is stopped at the time specified in the Execute at condition will vary depending on whether Startup on power-on if power is off during scheduled execution was selected.
If Startup on power-on if power is off during scheduled execution was selected, when the Systemwalker Operation Manager server starts after that, the job net will start after a delay. If Startup on power-on if power is off during scheduled execution was not selected, however, the scheduled start for the job net will be ignored, and that job net will not be started.
A job net that could not start because the Systemwalker Operation Manager server was stopped will be displayed in the same color as the "Disabled" status in the position of the original scheduled start time, so that it can easily be recognized on the Gantt chart.
This indicates that the job net is not in fact disabled, but did not start because the scheduled start was ignored. The job net has not actually changed to the "Disabled" status, so there is no need to take any action (such as the enable operation).
Point
How to distinguish between "Disabled" on the display, and "Disabled" when the disable operation was performed
The "Disabled" that is displayed when the job net could not start because the Systemwalker Operation Manager server was stopped is displayed as shown below, and can be distinguished from the actual disable operation that was performed.
The band is displayed in a position to the left of the current time display on the Gantt chart.
The job net does not have the "Disabled" status when its status is checked in the Job Net Management window.
If the disable operation was actually performed, the display is as follows:
The job net has the "Disabled" status when the its status is checked in the Job Net Management window.
