Was the execution condition met when the job net had the "Refused" status?
Cause
If the execution condition is met when the statuses are as follows, the job net will be "Refused", and will not be started:
The execution condition is met when the job net has the "Executing" status or the "Warning" status.
In an environment in which Validate job net confirmation (*1) is specified in the Advanced Settings for Verification window that is called from Define Jobscheduler Startup Parameters, the execution condition for the job net is met when the job net has the "Abended" status.
In an environment in which Check canceled (*1) is specified in the Advanced Settings for Verification window that is called from Define Jobscheduler Startup Parameters, the execution condition for the job net is met when the job net has the "Canceled" status. (V10.0L20/10.1 or later only)
When the job net is in the "Paused" status, two or more execution conditions are met.
A job net that has the "Carried over" status has reached the current day's scheduled start time (V11.0L10/11.0 or later).
*1: On V13.2.0 or earlier, open the Define Jobscheduler Startup Parameters window and specify this setting in the Use function1 tab.
Action method
Review the operation as necessary, so that the job net is not "Refused".
