Are you starting multipule Internet Explorer when using the Web console of Systemwalker Operation Manager from browser?
Cause
To use the browser that started from other than New session of Internet Explorer menu, the information of session will be shared with other browser. Therefore, to diplay login window from the browser which started later, the session information to continue the operation in other browser will be cleared.
Action method
Close all browsers, then restart the Web console and log in. If you use Web console of Systemwalker Operation Manager from malutiple browser, use the browser that started from New session of Internet Explorer menu.
