In environments that use single sign-on linked to ServerView Operations Manager, information may not be displayed in the selection display area, main display area, or details display area during operation of the Web console.
Example: The flow is not displayed in the main display area when job net is selected from the selection display area in the Job Net Management window.

Cause
This error occurs due to an "authentication expired" status upon logging out from the Web console of other products (ServerView Resource Orchestrator, etc.) using single sign-on linked to ServerView Operations Manager during use of the Web console.
Action method
Close all browsers, then restart the Web console and log in.
