Check the following:
Is the 9352/tcp (jmnet) port isolated by the firewall between the server and client?
Is there insufficient disk capacity specified for the output destination (server) of the audit log?
Does the service account specified for each service of Systemwalker Operation Manager have system administrator (a user who belongs to the Administrators group) privileges? [Windows versions]
Cause
This error is thought to occur due to the cause described in "Points to check" above.
