Did you start the Maintenance Information Collection Tool from Jobscheduler?
Cause
If the MsInfo32.exe command is executed as a job of Systemwalker Operation Manager, operation may be abnormal. Because the Maintenance Information Collection Tool uses the MsInfo32.exe command, starting the former as a job causes an application error in the latter.
Action method
No action is required.
Remarks
The operating system information is not obtained by the MsInfo32.exe command. Note that there no problem occurs if you obtain resources using a command other than MsInfo32.exe.
