Points to check
Check the service status.
Select Control Panel >> Administrative Tools >> Services, to open the Services window, where you can check the service status.
Cause
The service start process may be slow if there is a high load on the system, such as when many services are started at once. In cases such as this, the system deems that the service start command failed to start the service, and the completion code 7 is returned.
Action method
No action is required if the service starts normally when the service start command is used, even if the service start command (f3crhsst.exe) is completed abnormally with the completion code 7.
