Is the elfutils package installed?
Cause
Due to the elfutils package not being installed, the libelf.so.1 file cannot be found during startup of the jmnetsv daemon, resulting in an error.
Action method
Install the latest elfutils package, and then restart Systemwalker Operation Manager. It is not necessary to restart the system.
Note that the elfutils package is a mandatory package of Systemwalker Operation Manager.
