This section explains points to note when using the Messages manual with FUJITSU Integrated System HA Database Ready (hereafter abbreviated as "HA Database Ready").
Check the content of the message, together with the database server status in "Appliance Manager".
If the message indicates an "I/O processing error on the database server", read the "Action" section as follows:
The process was canceled due to a disk error in the database server. However, you can restart the application, because the database server is mirrored and will be automatically switched.
If the same error occurs when you restart the application, check if an error has occurred on the database server.
The server message log can be referenced using the pgx_log of the system view.
