The primary server cannot be switched automatically in the following cases:
When the Mirroring Controller option is not used
When the Mirroring Controller option is used, but automatic switch/disconnection has not been enabled
To manually switch the primary server, execute the mc_ctl command in switch mode on either the primary server or the standby server.
