Use a display resolution to be 1024 x 768 or higher, and 256 colors or more.
Select [View] >> [Text size] >> [Medium].
Click [Tools] >> [Internet options] >> [General] >> [Fonts], and then:
Set [Webpage font] to [Times New Roman]
Set [Plain text font] to be [Courier New]
