4.2 hvnasenable - Restart monitoring resource

/opt/FJSVclnas/sbin/hvnasenable userApplication Resource

/opt/FJSVclnas/sbin/hvnasenable -a [ userApplication ]

Function

It restarts monitoring Netapp resources, which discontinue to be monitored, on a local node. hvnasenable is available while userApplication is running. Executing the command enables monitoring the resources immediately. Be aware that the command must be executed on an active NAS device. Also, confirm that the resource state is changed from Warning to Online.

Parameter
userApplication Resource

Specify userApplication including Netapp resources that will be restarted monitoring.

Specify the Netapp resource that will be restarted monitoring.

Specify them on the local node.

-a [ userApplication ]

The option restarts monitoring all Netapp resources that belong to userApplication that is running on a local node and is specified for userApplication.

If userApplication is omitted, the option will restart monitoring all the Netapp resources on the local node.

Exit status

0 : Normal termination
1 : Abnormal termination
2 : Abnormal termination (restarting of resource monitoring with the -a option fails)

Note

Do not execute this command while switchover or failover is in progress.
