13.4.1 Starting and Stopping Services (Windows Environment)

Start or stop the service of the Storage Cruiser's agent.

• Starting the service

  1. Open the Services window.

     • For Windows Server 2012

       Click Control Panel > System and Security > Administrative Tools > Services.

     • For Windows environment other than above

       Click Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services.

  2. Select the service "ETERNUS SF Storage Cruiser Agent", and click Start.

• Stopping the service

  1. Open the Services window.

     • For Windows Server 2012

       Click Control Panel > System and Security > Administrative Tools > Services.

     • For Windows environment other than above

       Click Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services.

  2. Select the service "ETERNUS SF Storage Cruiser Agent", and click Stop.
