Collecting Error Survey Information on Management Server
The collecting error survey information on the Management Server can be performed using either the command or Web Console.
When using the command, login to the Management Server and execute the esfsnap command.
When using the Web Console, refer to "Collecting Troubleshooting Information" in the ETERNUS SF Web Console Guide.
Send the collected error survey information to Fujitsu Technical Support.

Login to the Managed Server and execute the acmcapture command on each server.
Send the collected error survey information to Fujitsu Technical Support.

If VSSHP (ETERNUS VSS Hardware Provider) is used for backing up the Exchange Server database, refer to "How to Obtain Error Information" in the ETERNUS VSS Hardware Provider User's Guide.
Note
Collect the files under these directories if the SQL Server database is backed up or replicated.
<SQL_Server_installation_directory>\Log
<SQL_Server_installation_directory> is usually "\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\Mssql" (in case of default instance) or "Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\Mssql$(<Instance_Name>)" (in case of named instance).
If an error occurs during installing ETERNUS SF, the esfsnap command may not exist. In this case, collect the following data.
Event logs
Collect the data of application, security, and system logs as plain text format or as CSV text format.
The procedure to collect event logs is as follows.
Select a target event log on the event viewer.
Execute Save under a log file name in Action tab.
Save [ File type ] in the Save dialog, changing to [text (tab-delimited)(*.txt)] or [CSV(comma-separated)(*.csv)].
Collect the files under the following directories.
<Program directory during installing>\ACM\var
<Environment setup directory during installing>\ACM\env
<Work directory during installing>\ACM\etc
