The following is a description of the error messages about ETERNUS Disk storage system output when performing backup/restore operation of NAS volume and performing mount/unmount operation of NAS backup volume.
The error message is output in the following format:
ERROR: commandName: number: message
commandName : command name in which an error occurred
number : error number
message : error message
The meaning of each output message and its action plan are as follows:

Cannot get device name [for NAS volume|for NAS backup volume|of volume] oluNumber. | The device name of NAS volume or NAS backup volume cannot be found. | Error occurred in NAS environment of ETERNUS Disk storage system. Collect the information required for troubleshooting to contact a Fujitsu customer engineer. |
pdfsumount error. 1: ERROR: pdfsumount: 0016: mountPoint busy | NAS backup volume cannot be unmounted because it is in use. | Disconnect the network connection from the client to the NAS backup volume to perform the operation again. |
