Display method
Select CI View from the Configuration Management menu of the Web console window.
Click the Tree Display or Search tab.
Click a GID number in the CI List of either the Tree Display window or the Search window to display a Detailed View window.

Records tab (This tab is used to display expected, observed or catalog records.) | Detailed Tree | This is a tree of the elements that make up the configuration item. Selecting an element displays the attribute values for that element in the Basic Information section. | ||
Basic Information | Attribute | This column shows the names of attributes. Items can be sorted in ascending/descending order by clicking the column heading. | ||
Value | This column shows the values of attributes. Items can be sorted in ascending/descending order by clicking the column heading. | |||
