If you are using a process definition that includes operation components other than those that are provided as standard, you must first import the required operation components into the Management Server. This section provides information on managing operation components.
When you click the Operation Component submenu from the System Administration tab, the Operation Component tab will be displayed in the work area. A list of operation components will be displayed in the in the list panel of this tab. When you select one of the operation components in the list panel, the details of that operation component will be displayed in the details panel.
