The message "CFMGV09999 Unexpected error." is displayed on the management console and only the Close button is enabled.

Restart Systemwalker Software Configuration Manager and Systemwalker Runbook Automation.
If linking to ServerView Resource Orchestrator, restart ServerView Resource Orchestrator.
If the problem is not resolved after restarting, contact Fujitsu technical support.
