1.4.1 Software requirement of AdvancedCopy Manager's manager

The following table lists the software requirements of AdvancedCopy Manager's manager.
For about the supported operating systems, refer to "Operating environment of ETERNUS SF Manager" in the ETERNUS SF Installation and Setup Guide.

For information on cluster software that can be linked with OSes on which AdvancedCopy Manager's managers are running, refer to "Operating Environment of ETERNUS SF Manager" in the ETERNUS SF Cluster Environment Setup Guide.

ETERNUS multipath driver V2.0L14 or later	When a Management Server operates as a Managed Server, and when it carries out multipath disk control and load distribution of a path.
SQL Server 2000 SP3 or SP4 SQL Server 2005 SQL Server 2005 SP1 or SP2 or SP3 SQL Server 2008 SQL Server 2008 SP1 or SP2 SQL Server 2008 R2 SQL Server 2012	If a Management Server operates as a Managed Server and the backup of an SQL Server database is carried out.
Exchange Server 2003 SP1 or SP2	If a Management Server operates as a Managed Server and backup of the Exchange database is carried out.
Exchange Server 2003 system management tool SP1 or SP2 Exchange Server 2007 Management Tools (32bit) (*1)	When a Management Server operates as a Managed Server, and is used as a backup server to back up the Exchange database using the replication management function.
Oracle 8i Oracle 9i Oracle 10g	In conjunction with Oracle.
Symfoware Server Enterprise Edition V10.1 Symfoware Server Advanced Backup Controller V10.1	When backup operation is used with Symfoware. When backing up Exchange databases on Windows Server 2008 or Windows Server 2008 R2, backup operations in link with Symfoware cannot be performed.
handle.exe tool	When using this tool to collect troubleshooting data for volume locking error. (*2)
