13.2.4 Canceling settings on secondary node

On the secondary node, cancel each of the following settings.

13.2.4.1 Canceling settings for AdvancedCopy Manager's manager

Cancel AdvancedCopy Manager's manager setting according to "Deletion procedure for secondary node" in "A.4.2 Deletion Procedure".

13.2.4.2 Canceling settings for AdvancedCopy Manager CCM

Cancel the settings for AdvancedCopy Manager CCM.

  1. Stop Advanced Copy.

    Stop all Advanced Copy functions that are executed by AdvancedCopy Manager CCM. Refer to the copy stop commands described in "Commands" in the ETERNUS SF Operation Guide for Copy Control Module for information on how to stop Advanced Copy.

  2. Execute the acservice stop command with the -lan option to stop the management service.

    Refer to "acservice stop (management service stop command)" in the ETERNUS SF Operation Guide for Copy Control Module for information on the command.

  3. Copy the .install.sys, .stxc_install.sys and sys.properties files, overwriting the existing files.

    Copy files below from the source to the target directory, overwriting the existing files.

  4. Delete the directories which contain copy source files.

    Delete all directories and their contents listed below.

    /opt/FJSVccm/noncluster

13.2.4.3 Canceling settings for Storage Cruiser's manager

Cancel the settings for Storage Cruiser's manager.

  1. Execute the cluster unsetup command on the secondary node.

    On the secondary node, execute the following command after blocking other users from accessing the shared disk for shared data.

    # /opt/FJSVssmgr/cluster/esc_clunsetup

    Specify the -l option if local free disk space on the secondary node is insufficient.

    # /opt/FJSVssmgr/cluster/esc_clunsetup -l
  2. Check the configurations.

    ETERNUS SF Storage Cruiser settings were as follows.
          Cluster system : PRIMECLUSTER
          Node type      : Secondary
          Mount point    : /esfmnt
          IP Address     : 10.10.10.10
          Mode           : Normal
     (restore from Shared Disk)Manager cluster deletion : Are you sure? [y,n,?]

    To interrupt the cluster environmental setting processing, input "n". To continue processing, input "y", or press the Enter key.

  3. Confirm that the displayed message is as follows:

    FJSVrcx:INFO:27703:esc_clunsetup:secondary node deletion completed

13.2.4.4 Canceling common setting

  1. Delete the symbolic link set in "5.2.1.1.4 Link setup for shared disk".

  2. Rename the directory name changed in step 2 of "5.2.1.1.3 Copying of dynamic disk files" as an original.

  3. Set up the starting and stopping process of ETERNUS SF Manager to be controlled by the operating system.

    1. Execute the following command on the secondary node.

      # ls /etc/rc*.d/*SFmanager*
    2. Rename all of the files exported by executing the above command. Delete "X" at the start of the file names.

      The example for executing command is shown below.

      # mv /etc/rc2.d/XS99startSFmanager /etc/rc2.d/S99startSFmanager
  4. Unmount the shared disk for shared data and the shared disk for repository for ETERNUS SF Manager in the secondary node.
