The method for collecting information is as follows. Submit the information to the Fujitsu technical staff.
Collect information directly by cp command.
Collect trace log files.
Collect all files from /var/opt/FJSVssage directory. (including sub-directories)
Collecting setting files.
Collect all files from /etc/opt/FJSVssage directory. (including sub-directories)
Collect core file, if it exists on the root directory "/".
Collect the files specified as a error log file.
Example: /var/adm/ras/errlog
Collect syslog files when you make settings so that syslog messages are displayed.
