11.4.1 Starting and stopping services (Windows environment)

Start or stop the service of the Storage Cruiser's agent.

• Starting the service

  1. Open the Services window.

     • For Windows Server 2012

       Click [Control Panel] - [System and Security] - [Administrative Tools] - [Services].

     • For Windows environment other than above

       Click [Control Panel] - [Administrative Tools] - [Services].

  2. Select the service "ETERNUS SF Storage Cruiser Agent", and click the [Start] button.

• Stopping the service

  1. Open the Services window.

     • For Windows Server 2012

       Click [Control Panel] - [System and Security] - [Administrative Tools] - [Services].

     • For Windows environment other than above

       Click [Control Panel] - [Administrative Tools] - [Services].

  2. Select the service "ETERNUS SF Storage Cruiser Agent", and click the [Stop] button.
