Chapter 8 Troubleshooting

This chapter describes the method for troubleshooting if a problem occurs during the upgrade process.

The troubleshooting method differs according to the way the upgrade fails.
Please use the appropriate method according to the problem type.

In case of a problem during the uninstallation of the previous version:

After the problem has been diagnosed and solved, restart the upgrade process from the beginning.
