B.4.1 esflm add (License registration command)

NAME

esflm add - Registers a license information to the license management function

SYNOPSIS

esflm add licenseID [licenseKey {-s serialNumber | -i ipAddress -u userName [-p password] }] | -i ipAddress -u userName [-p password]

DESCRIPTION

This command registers the license information to the license management function.

OPTIONS

-s serialNumber

This option is used to specify the serial number of the target ETERNUS Disk storage system, if a license for remote copy is registered and the server on which the command is executed cannot access the target ETERNUS Disk storage system.

-i ipAddress

This option is used to specify an IP address of the target ETERNUS Disk storage system.

-u userName

This option is used to specify a user name to access the target ETERNUS Disk storage system.

-p password

This option is used to specify the password of the user specified by the -u option.
When this option is omitted, it is necessary to enter the password from the console.

OPERANDS

licenseID

This operand is used to specify a license ID.

licenseKey

This operand is used to specify a license key.
If the license is already set in the ETERNUS Disk storage system, it is possible to specify the -i option instead of this operand.

EXIT STATUS

=0 : Completed successfully
>0 : Terminated abnormally
