Any trouble occurring on any device managed by ETERNUS SF Manager is indicated as an event. Administrators can be notified of events by e-mail.
For receiving event notifications by e-mail, the contact e-mail address must be set by using the Web Console.
Refer to "Displaying and changing the contact destination information" in the ETERNUS SF Web Console Guide for the method of settings.
After setting the contact e-mail address, use the Web Console to send a test e-mail and check whether it arrives at the specified e-mail address.
