AdvancedCopy Manager cannot be used with Offloaded Data Transfer (ODX).
When using an ETERNUS Disk storage system supporting the Offloaded Data Transfer feature in Windows Server 2012, ODX sessions may be started in the ETERNUS Disk storage system by Offloaded Data Transfer (ODX) in Windows Server 2012, but ODX sessions by Offloaded Data Transfer (ODX) and Advanced Copy by AdvancedCopy Manager are not concurrently available.
Use either of the following ways to disable Offloaded Data Transfer (ODX):
Disable Offloaded Data Transfer (ODX) by Windows Server 2012.

This setting affects only the servers on which the operation is done.
Stop the Offloaded Data Transfer feature in the ETERNUS Disk storage system.

This setting affects all the servers that use the ETERNUS Disk storage system.
