Check if userApplication is normally running on all nodes as follows:
NAS
The NAS volume is mounted on an operating node, and it can be read and written.
Logical IP address
A client can be connected to an operating node using a logical IP address (only when a logical IP address is used).
A user application is normally started and stopped.

If userApplication is not normally running, take corrective action referring to "3.1 Corrective action during failover".
