AdvancedCopy Manager cannot be used with Offloaded Data Transfer (ODX).
When using an ETERNUS Disk storage system in a Windows Server 2012 environment that supports the ODX, ODX sessions may be started in the ETERNUS Disk storage system by using ODX. However, concurrent ODX sessions using ODX and Advanced Copy using AdvancedCopy Manager are not supported.
Use either of the following methods to disable ODX:
Disable ODX by using Windows Server 2012
Refer to the Microsoft procedure at the following URL:

This setting affects only the servers on which the operation is performed.
Stop the ODX feature in the ETERNUS Disk storage system
Refer to the ETERNUS Disk storage system manual.
This setting affects all the servers that use the ETERNUS Disk storage system.
