4.6.6 acpair remove (Copy pair deletion command)

NAME

acpair remove - Deletion of copy pairs

SYNOPSIS

acpair remove -g COPY-GROUP -p PAIR [-xml]

DESCRIPTION

This command deletes copy pairs from copy groups.

OPTIONS

-g COPY-GROUP

This option specifies the copy group name.

-p PAIR

This option specifies the copy pair to be deleted.

-xml

This option specifies when displaying the result of the command execution by the XML format.

EXIT STATUS

=0 : Completed successfully
>0 : Terminated abnormally

EXAMPLES

• Deleting a copy pair in LU to LU format

  > acpair remove -g group01 -p ET001/0x1:ET001/0x6
  Successful completion.
  

• Deleting a copy pair in LU to Partition format

  > acpair remove -g group01 -p ET001/0x122[addr=0x0,size=0x1]:ET001/0x121[addr=0x0]

NOTES

• When this command is executed, the copy pair is deleted regardless of the Advanced Copy status.
  Therefore, it is essential to check the Advanced Copy status before executing this command.
  If a copy pair is deleted accidentally, either stop Advanced Copy of the copy pair that was added by ETERNUS Web GUI, or add the copy pair again and then stop Advanced Copy.
