6.1.6 System rebooting (Windows environment excluded)

After completing the settings, reboot the system. Storage Cruiser's agent will start automatically.

The following are command examples for rebooting the system.

For Solaris environment

# /usr/sbin/shutdown -y -g0 -i6

For Linux or VMware environment

# /sbin/shutdown -r now

For HP-UX environment

# /sbin/shutdown -r -y 0

For AIX environment

# /usr/sbin/shutdown -r now
