The Web Console needs cookies to be enabled in the web browser.
For Internet Explorer:
Select the [Tools] - [Internet Options].
The [Internet Options] dialog is displayed.
Select [Advanced] button in the [Privacy] tab.
The [Advanced Privacy Settings] dialog is displayed.
Check the [Override automatic cookie handling] checkbox, and check [Accept] in the First-party Cookies.
For Firefox:
Select the [Tools] - [Options].
The [Options] dialog is displayed.
Select [Privacy] button.
Select [Remember history] or [Use custom settings for history] from the Firefox will: drop down menu.
If [Use custom settings for history] is selected, check the [Accept cookies from sites].
