If a Systemwalker IT Change Manager V14.1.0 agent has been installed
Use the following procedure to perform uninstallation tasks in an environment where both the Systemwalker Software Configuration Manager agent and the Systemwalker IT Change Manager V14.1.0 agent have been installed on the same business server:
Uninstall the Systemwalker IT Change Manager V14.1.0 agent.
Uninstall the Systemwalker Software Configuration Manager agent.
Then, if either the Systemwalker Software Configuration Manager agent or the Systemwalker IT Change Manager V14.1.0 agent continues to be used, install the appropriate agent again.
