Create environments on Linked Servers and Business Servers so that connections can be established using the following user on the Management Server.
If the Management Server is running on Windows: "administrator" user
If the Management Server is running on Linux or Solaris: "root" user
Communication must be allowed on the Management Server for the communication ports specified by the accport option of the "Execute an arbitrary command" operation component. By default, these ports are TCP ports from 1014 to 1023.
You will need to allow communications via the following port numbers on Business Servers.
RSH: 514/tcp
REXEC: 512/tcp
