The communication port which requires communication permission on a Linked Server or Business Server is TCP port 9664.However, if the port number of the file transfer infrastructure was changed, it is necessary to permit the communication of the port number after it changes.
If the Linked Server or Business Server is Linux or Solaris, it operates depending on the value of connected user's environment variable LANG. If Windows system, the character code operates by EN.
For example, for the "Search string in file" operation component running on a Linux or Solaris Business Server, the specified search text string (searchstring) is converted to the character code of the root user's LANG environment variable and is searched.
