6.4.3 Uninstalling the IT Resource Information Collection Program

To uninstall the IT resource information collection program, follow the procedure shown below.

1. If the file transfer infrastructure is being used, then stop its service.

   If an operation component that will use the file transfer infrastructure is being used, stop the file transfer infrastructure service.

   [Windows]

   C:\FJSVcmdbi\bin\fcmdb_inv_lnkunsetup.bat

   [Linux]

   service FJSVcmdbi_rcvctl stop

   [Solaris]

   /etc/init.d/FJSVcmdbi_rcvctl stop

2. Uninstall the IT resource information collection program.

   [Windows]

   Delete the following folder:

   C:\FJSVcmdbi

   [Linux]

   Execute the following command:

   rpm -e FJSVcmdbi

   [Solaris]

   Execute the following command:

   pkgrm FJSVcmdbi
