This section describes how to set up the Agents installed on Linked Servers.
Point
A list of the Agents that have been set up and are recognized by the CMDB Manager can be displayed using the mdradmin command (with the "-l" option) for the CMDB Manager. Refer to "mdradmin (Agent Management Command)" in the Systemwalker Runbook Automation Reference Guide for details on the mdradmin command.
If the Systemwalker Centric Manager Operation Management Server has been constructed in a cluster environment, a different method is used to set up the Agent installed on the Systemwalker Centric Manager Operation Management Server. Refer to the Systemwalker Runbook Automation Cluster Setup Guide for information on the setup procedure.
Privileges required for execution
[Windows]
Administrator privileges are required. If the operating system being used is Windows Server 2008 or a subsequent version, execute the setup as an administrator.
[Linux]
System administrator (superuser) privileges are required.
